Our lawyers have years of trial experience with millions of dollars in actual settlements and judgments obtained for clients and their families. Our mission is to provide high quality, effective legal representation to accident victims in cases involving serious injury or death, including trucking or truck accidents, automobile accidents, construction accidents and industrial accidents, as well as workers' compensation (workers comp) claims, emphasizing personal attention and service to our clients and their families. We also assist with Social Security and other long term disability (LTD) claims.
