From 2004 through 2006, I served as Chief Counsel and Acting Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services of the U.S. Immigration Benefits Agency. Since 1994, I have authored Immigration Practice, a 1800 page practical treatise on all aspects of immigration law.
